Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your Versiane purchase. You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging, protective films, accessories, and proof of purchase. Watch straps must not show signs of installation, wear, resizing, or damage.

To start a return, contact us at support@versiane.com before sending any item. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Versiane covers reasonable return shipping costs when an item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. Contact us at support@versiane.com as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and include your order number and clear photographs so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, personalized or custom-made products, final-sale items clearly marked as non-returnable before purchase, and items that have been altered, damaged, or used by the customer cannot be returned, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is accepted. Contact us if you need assistance with an exchange.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins. Contact us promptly at support@versiane.com. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it must follow the return process above.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom customers

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and applicable law gives you a statutory right to withdraw, you may cancel or return an eligible order within 14 days as provided by law. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.
